Ralph Ritter has developed his own unique technique of inkjet printing (“Tintenpressur”) to project images of photographic origin from everyday objects onto the canvas. They are buried under a thick layer of bone glue and protected from the intrusiveness of the gaze, yet seem to be animated by an inner light.
