The exhibition “Further Thoughts on Earthy Materials” brings together works by a younger generation of artists who take unusual approaches to ceramic materials. With this in mind, the artist Irene Strese is organizing an evening of ceramics, conversations and food at the restaurant TAU. The visitors are invited to take a seat at the table set by the artist with ceramics specially produced for this occasion and to experience a special approach to the ceramic objects during a joint meal. The different levels of meaning of ceramics between art and everyday life are clarified, shifted and connected in this context.
The price of 22,00 Euro includes the meal (vegetarian) and the taking along of a ceramic object of the artist Irene Strese, drinks are excluded.
